It has been estimated that in 2022, the number of ADA demand letters being sent which relate to websites, could have been approaching 500,000, no doubt in 2023 that number will be even higher.

There are often many parties involved in the creation and ongoing management of a website and a number of these will be third party vendors such as marketing agencies and external developers. Having third parties working on your website doesn’t come without risks, and both the third parties and the associated risks, need managing.

  • How to deal with vendors, including compliance policies and indemnity management
  • What to do in the event of a demand letter
